We are excited to enter the Fall Camping Season and cooler temperatures at Elkhorn Creek RV Park.

Our new creekside concrete sites have received a resounding welcome by our guests. Our supersites include a pergola, stone fire pit and have extra large side yards. All of our sites in the park are FHU with cable. The fall colors are around the corner, the creek is available for kayaking and canoeing, the bourbon trail is always welcoming. We will be celebrating Halloween on the weekends of October 17 and 24. We will have money prizes for the best decorated site, adult and children’s costumes and of course, the best dog costume as well. Please join us for the games and prize giving on these 2 weekends. Speaking of dogs, please check out our new ‘Dogs of Elkhorn’ tab on our webpage. You might find your dog there.

We have new FHU sites available at very competitive monthly rates over this coming winter that we have never had before. We are also planning a few new improvements over this winter. We hope you enjoy all our improvements and look forward to seeing you at Elkhorn Creek RV Park soon.

THE FORKS OF THE ELKHORN -

MILES OF ADVENTURE

The two forks of central Kentucky’s Elkhorn Creek join at Elkhorn Creek RV Park to form one of the state’s best-known streams for its beauty and fishing, canoeing and kayaking. From the Forks of Elkhorn to its end at the Kentucky River, Elkhorn Creek provides 17 miles of nature and adventure.

This video was produced by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources and provides a glimpse of the kayak trip along Elkhorn Creek and what to expect.

RV sites

We have an assortment of well-maintained sites for you to choose from that include full hook up sites, electric and water only sites, a few pull-thrus for easy access. and free Wi-Fi throughout the park. Children can play on the playground or test their golfing skills with our Putt-Putt golf.

One of the main reasons people love our property is our proximity to Elkhorn Creek and its activities. Some of our RV sites literally rest on the banks of the creek. This makes us an ideal location for people who love to kayak, canoe, fish and enjoy the sounds of the water.

We have all the amenities you will need to have a fulfilling and enjoyable RV excursion or camping trip!
